This hotel provides great value for money. The family room was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for our needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the delicious breakfast with fresh and local homemade treats.

There is one downside though: the noise insulation could be improved, making it a bit noisy when the neighbors are too loud.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways! the location was perfect for us as it was close to the ski slope. We loved being able to just step out of the hotel and onto the slopes. Secondly, the staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. They were always available to help and gave great recommendations for local attractions, just like the Alpendorf Park mentioned by one reviewer. Finally, the rooms were spacious and had very good facilities, including our own bathroom. It was clear that attention to detail was important to the hotel, as everything was spotlessly clean and smelled nice. We were also pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast included in our stay. this hotel offered great value for money and we can't wait to go back!

Nothing to dislike.

We really enjoyed the friendly staff, who were always willing to go the extra mile. The location was also fantastic, nestled in a charming ski town. The spacious apartment had everything we needed for a week-long stay. It was also great to have access to local recommendations, which we followed and enjoyed immensely.

The walls between the rooms were very thin, meaning we could hear everything going on next door. This made it difficult to sleep, especially when the neighbors were having a party.

My xmas stay was great. the hotel had all the necessary amenities like laundry facilities. I loved the key location being central to all the attractions. It had free parking and comfortable beds.

The hotel lacked room service, so one had to order food at the restaurant downstairs, which was inconvenient. the breakfast was not included in the room price.
